By submitting this form, I understand there is a $15 cost for this tasting (payable in cash) BEFORE the event, which covers the cost of the Delirium sommelier, and includes samples of 4 styles of Delirium Beer - 1) Tremens, 2) Nocturnum, 3) Red, 4) Argentum. These samples are 110oz of each style. I may purchase additional beers at my convenience. I understand VIVA Cerveza! reserves the right to stop serving me, if they see I am inebriated and should no longer be drinking. I understand that VIVA Cerveza! Gastropub operates as a restaurant and as such I must order something to eat if I am consuming an alcoholic beverage. This is per local law.
